His past experience in construction is a huge help in being able to assess whether a home is sturdy or not. We may have been his easiest clients – we knew we wanted a particular home immediately from his custom search, went to see it and put an offer the same weekend! It is an 18 acre unique piece of property, and Steve was meticulous about everything, photos with his drone, comparisons even though every farm is different, weekly updates on other properties selling, and speaking with the buyer’s agents. We were so impressed we asked him to list my parent’s home in Auburn, AL. It went under contract in one day! We were thrilled with Steve’s service, since it was out of town which made it a little more complicated.
